Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 1 percent of sale price above AED 100,000.
• Payment must be completed within 48 hours after Provider's Approval
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply fees of 200 AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any lot not paid or received within the specified period
• Emirates Auction is not responsible and does not guarantee any of the declarations, and/or specifications, information and/or details provided by the supplier. Your participation on the bid considered declaration with solely responsibility for reviewing these details and all information related to the bid.
• If you participate in the bid, you certainly reviewed anonymously and your participation on the bid is considered an acknowledgment and acceptance of all what’s displayed.
• Please note that approval to sell the lot is subject to the supplier’s approval
• The buyer shall receive the lots he has won within 3 days after the approval and in the event of failure to do so, Emirates Auction shall have the right to display the lot and sell it in the name of the buyer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale of Emirates Auction and the fines shall be deducted from the value of the sale.
• Lots offered for sale are sold on their case and Emirates Auction does not guarantee auctions or the person for whom the lots are sold, whether they are usable or not, and do not conform to the specifications.
• Emirates Auction and the entity for which it is sold do not ensure that the lots for which it is sold match the specifications nor are they original or copycat.
• Please note that if the bidder purchases copycat goods by auction, he must not trade them within UAE and dispose of them only outside UAE.
