Mixed scrap materials

Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 1,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• Please note that the sale process is subject to the provider’s approval
• The winning bidder must complete the payment within 48 hours from the date of the provider’s approval
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to impose a fee of 100 UAE dirhams per day without notice in the event of failure to pay or collect the offered item within the specified period.
• All lots shall be sold, as is, in their location, and Emirates Auction does not guarantee any of the declarations, specifications, information and/or particulars provided by the Provider. The bidder is responsible for checking all data, advertisement and information which are related of the bid before bidding.
• Please note that the tax invoices are delivered within 21 business days after payment and receipt are completed.
• 5% VAT will be applied to the final auction price.
• The Buyer must send a copy of the exit permit / EID of the people who will go to the Provider's premises / vehicle ownership / trade license if the account is in the name of a company / owner EID with reference to the displayed serial number by e-mail ([email protected]) within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the exit permit.
• Please note that the pictures and lists attached in the auction are indicative only, and visiting the site or store and the displayed materials is the basis for the sale, inspection, evaluation and delivery procedures. Inspection is valid only from the day of listing until the end date of the auction.
• The buyer must collect the auction items from the provider's premises, and the yard must be left completely clean and all debris and waste material disposed of from the site.
