Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, 650 AED for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, 800 AED for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 1,500 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 2,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.

• Subject to the Provider’s approval.
• Payment must be completed within 48 hours after Provider's Approval
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply fees of 100 AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any Lot not paid or received within the specified period
• 5% VAT will be applied to the final auction price
• The Winning bidder shall collect the lot within three (3) business days from the date of full payment of the sale price, in the event of delay, an additional grace period not exceeding seven (7) days shall be granted. Should the bidder fail to collect the lot within the said grace period, Emirates Auction shall have the right to resell the lot at the bidder’s expense, and the bidder shall bear any difference between the original auction sale price and the resale price, without prejudice to any other rights reserved to Emirates Auction
