Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 1 percent of sale price above AED 100,000.
• Please note that you must complete payment within 48 hours after Provider's Approval
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply fees of 100AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any lot not paid or received within the specified period
• Please note that inspection or collection shall take place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during official working days, from Monday to Friday.
• All lots shall be sold, as is, in their location. Emirates Auction does not guarantee any of the declarations, specifications, information and/or particulars provided by the supplier. The bidder is responsible for checking all data, advertisements and information related to the state of the lot, before bidding
• Participating in the auction means the absolute knowledge of the condition of the item and is considered as acknowledgment of its condition and terms.
• Please note that approval of the sale of the bid is subject to the Provider's approval.
• Buyer is responsible to collect the asset won with in 3 days after approval. Failing to do so, Emirates Auction has the right to reauction the asset under the buyers name as per Emirates Auction Terms and Conditions and sale procedures. Asset and fine charge will be deducted from the new sale
• The Lots which are offered for sale are sold on their condition , and neither Emirates Auction nor the party for which they are sold for its interest guarantees the condition of the devices and whether these Lots are valid to be used or not, or if they are compatible with the specifications
• The Buyer must receive the lots anchored in the auction within 3 working days in the case of failure of receive will be transferred the lots to the Emirates Auctions with the calculation of transfer fees on it in addition to the fines incurred by him about the lack of receipt for a maximum period of 7 days another and in the case of non-receipt will be sold the assets The account of the head of the auction to cover the fees and expenses incurred from the transfer and delay fines
