Boat + Trailer - Scrap without document

Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 1,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• All items are sold as-is and where-is in their current condition at their respective locations. Emirates Auction provides no warranties or guarantees regarding any declarations, specifications, and/or information/details provided by the supplier. The bidder is solely responsible for reviewing all data and information related to the items before placing any bids.
• Items are sold in their present condition at their current location.
• The images and lists attached to the auction are for illustrative purposes only.
• Payment must be completed within 48 hours of supplier approval.
• Please note that scrap items must be collected from the Emirate of Ajman, and collection must be completed within 15 days from the date of payment.
• The buyer will be notified of the collection date after coordination with the supplier.
• The scrap exit permit will be issued after supplier approval and can be collected from any Emirates Auction branch. The scrap is to be collected from the Ajman impound yard.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to impose storage and late payment fees of AED 100 each per day of delay, without prior notice, for any item not collected and paid for within the specified period.
• Please be advised that if the buyer fails to collect the item within the specified period, the scrap will be confiscated by Ajman Municipality.
• AED 100 loading/unloading fees will be applied for each car
