Toyota Mark 2 - Scrap without document

Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 1,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• 1. The Lot is sold strictly as scrap and shall not be eligible for transfer of ownership or consolidation, settlement, or clearance of any fines for registration purposes.
• 2. The Lot shall be sold on an “as is, where is” basis, in its existing condition at the time of sale.
• 3. The Lot shall be sold without vehicle registration plates.
• 4. The Buyer must complete full payment and collect the Lot within 48 hours from the date of approval.
• 5. VAT at the applicable rate of 5% shall be added to the final auction price.
• 6. A loading/unloading fee of AED 100 shall be charged for each vehicle.
• 7. No inspection of the Lot shall be permitted prior to the sale, and the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Lot in its existing condition upon participation in the auction.
• 8. Emirates Auction reserves the right to impose a delay fee of AED 100 for each day of delay, without prior notice, for any Lot not fully paid for or collected within the specified period.
