Yes, you can register yourself by visiting our website www.emiratesauction.com.

2. Who can participate in the auction?
Anyone can participate in any auction announced, however, in order to participate you need to deposit a certain amount depending on the value mentioned on the item page.

4. Which nationalities are eligible to participate in the auction?
All nationalities can register and bid on any asset. However, some assets will have certain restrictions and it will be specified in the asset’s page.

5. I forgot my username or password
Click here http://www.emiratesauction.ae/en/account/forgotpassword.aspx and fill up the details, and you will receive an email and SMS with your username and a new password. Remember to change your password after logging in.

8. What should I do if I forgot my password?
Click on “Forgot Password” then, put your registered email address and your username. You will receive a message in your registered phone number and your email. If you did not receive the email or the message, please send us an email to [email protected].

9. Can I create more than one account?
No. Users are allowed to have one account only, and if there is a duplicate, it will be removed automatically. If there is any doubt on the use of the account, Emirates Auction reserves the right to delete your original account.

From the main menu, click on “My Account” then select “Edit my Profile” you click on “My Personal Info” or “Traffic File Number” or “My documents” wherever modification needed.
