2. Why do I need to register?

Not a problem. On every page there is a Customer Login section, and at the bottom of the section is a FORGOT PASSWORD link. Simply click this link and follow the instructions. You can request to have a new password emailed to you at the address you specified when you registered. ▲ Back to top

5. Do I have to login each time I visit the site?
No. If you browse as a guest, you will not have access to the full website functionality. If you do not want to input your login details each time you visit the site, you can select the ‘remember me on this PC option. This means you will automatically be logged in when you access the website. 10. How can I participate in an online auction?
It is simple. Once you have REGISTERED (and have paid refundable security deposit), just find the plate you are interested in. To place your bid, click the BID NOW button next to the license plate you would like. Enter your bid, and clicks CONTINUE. You will be shown your bid and asked to confirm it by entering your password. Once this is accepted your bid is now registered for that number plate. At the end of the auction for that particular number plate, if you have the highest bid, you will be declared the winner and owner of the number plate. ▲ Back to top

16. What happens if I win the bid but do not complete the payment?
This contravenes the Terms and Conditions which you agreed to when you registered. If you do not complete the payment, your Security Deposit will be confiscated, and repeat offenders may be denied entry to subsequent auctions. We also reserve the right to take legal action. ▲ Back to top
