Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions|Auction fees apply 1% of the total value, with a minimum of 500 dirhams, addition to VAT from that fees|All lots shall be sold, as is, in their location. Emirates Auction does not guarantee any of the declarations, specifications, information and/or particulars provided by the supplier. The bidder is responsible for checking all data, advertisements and information related to the state of the lot, before bidding .       |       You must complete payment within 48 hours of the date of the auction’s conclusion. Collection shall be finalized within approximately 30 work days of provider approval .       |       Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply storage fees of 100AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any lot not received within the specified period.       |       Subject to the supplier’s approval.       |       The auction approval fees shall be applied at a rate of 5% of the sale amount to the Court.       |       AED 100 loading/unloading fees will be applied for each car.      |        A fee of 0.8% + 5% VAT will be applied from the fee amount, with a maximum amount of AED 1,000 + 5% VAT on the fee amount, to be allocated in favor of the court. In the event the sale is canceled for any reason, the fee applied by the court will be non-refundable to the bidder.
