Our Location: Ajman, Hamidiya Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi Street next to Ajman University Traffic & Licensing Department - Emirates Auction Office. Working hours: From Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, You can contact us on 600545454. Please note that working hours may change due to seasonal occasions such as Ramadan and official holidays.

How can I participate in the online auction?
Once you have registered (and have paid the refundable security deposit), just find the plate you are interested in. To place your bid, click the "BID NOW" button next to the license plate you like. Enter your bid and click "CONTINUE". You will be shown your bid and asked to confirm it by entering your password. Once this is accepted, your bid is now registered for that number plate. At the end of the auction for that particular number plate and if you have the highest bid, you will be declared the winner and owner of the number plate.
What if I want a specific license plate and it is not available at the current auction?
You can request the plate number by filling the request plate form available on our website and applications. You can also request your desired plate number by sending us an email to: You can contact us via call our call center 600454545
Which nationalities can bid in the auction?
All nationalities are permitted to bid.
What is the required amount for the security deposit in the online auction?
20 % from the limit you want to reach in case you want to place it by card, bank deposit or bank transfer(ex, if you want your limit to be 15000 aed you will need to place 3000 aed). Also, you can place ity by cheque knowing that the cheque will be under the name of Emirates auction and with no date and it will cover 100% from the limit you want to reach(ex, if you want your limit by the cheque to be 15000 aed you will need to place 15000 aed)
When can the auction time be extended?
Any bid
on any plate in the last 5 minutes of the plate auction end time will
increase the auction end time by 5 minutes each time. Also, in case of a tech
issue and the prayer times.
How do I complete payment if I won a plate number?

Yes, the unique number ownership issuance fees will apply.
How can I pay for the Ajman VIP number I have won?

What happens if I don’t pay for the VIP plates that I have won?
Your security deposit will be confiscated and legal action will be taken.
Does the person who won the VIP plate number, need to be present to receive it personally?
No. You don’t need to be present personally at our office. Please email us from your registered email id, a copy of your ID and passport to [email protected], please make a note in the email of your user name or the VIP plate numbers you have won in the auction. Please note that AED 100 will be applicable to issue the ownership certificate.
How can I take ownership of the number that I won through bidding?

No, Emirates Auction only auctions VIP plate numbers for government entities only.
Can I cancel my bid if I placed it by mistake?
No, because the application asks you to confirm that you have done it more than twice to avoid such a mistake.
What are the procedures required to make a person-to-person transfer?
A) Individual: With regard to the transfer from person to a person, the presence of the assignee or the presence of a public agency must be present, The private agency must be mentioned in the number and category and also be valid and take into account that the origin of the agency must be taken and take a copy of them and attach them with our papers, (the effective date of the agency shall not exceed three years) *Requirements: presence of original certificate of the number (In case of the original certificate is not available, must be processing instead of losing the certificate first). Fees: Fees Ownership Replacement = AED 200 Fees Ownership transfer = AED 100 Document: *Drive license of both. * E ID of both.

What is the service fee when processing a distinguished plate transaction at a non-designated branch?
This service applies only to distinguished plate transactions. A VIP service fee of AED 300 (VAT inclusive) will be charged in addition to the standard transaction fee when the transaction is handled at a branch other than the one designated for that plate.
