How do I register for the auction?

You can register by creating an account via the Emirates Auction mobile app or website. A valid Emirates ID or passport and mobile number are required.

Is there a registration fee?

No, registration is free. However, a refundable security deposit is required to activate your bidding privileges.

How does the biding process work?

The biding will be conducted online from 17th December – 17th January and it is open worldwide.

Will I receive a receipt or confirmation?

Yes, an official invoice will be sent to the winners on payment.

Are the proceeds going to a specific cause?

Yes, all the money raised from the auction will be directed towards the Emirates Airline Foundations critical work in supporting vulnerable children worldwide.

Can I cancel the bid?

No, All bids are considered final.

What happens when I win? How will I track the progress of the auction

All progress is visible live on the application and the website.
