How is the auction organized?
Most of our auctions are held online, which you can participate in through our website or through the app. We also conduct physical auctions, and the time and location for those will be updated on the website whenever an auction is declared.
Are there branches of Emirates Auction outside the United Arab Emirates?
Yes, Emirates Auction has branches in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Egypt, and the United Kingdom.
What currency is used in Emirates Auction?
UAE Dirhams.
Where can I find my purchase invoice?
You can find your purchase invoice under your account and click on "My Won Items".
What happens if I win the bid but fail to complete the payment?
This contravenes the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when you registered. If you do not complete the payment, your security deposit amount will be on hold, and you will not be able to participate in the bids anymore until you clear the due amount. We also reserve the right to take legal action if needed.
Is there a minimum age to participate in the auction?
The legal age to participate in any of our auction is 18 years old and above.
How can I delete my account?
If for any reason you no longer need your account, you can delete it by contacting our Customer Service via phone/email or through the app from my account then delete my account.
What is the service fee when processing a distinguished plate transaction at a non-designated branch
This service applies only to distinguished plate transactions. A VIP service fee of AED 300 (VAT inclusive) will be charged in addition to the standard transaction fee when the transaction is handled at a branch other than the one designated for that plate.
