Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions
Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows:

Payment must be completed within 48 hours after Provider's Approval
The Win bidder must submit a copy of commercial License that it matches of the commercial activity within 2 working days from the date of the auction ending, and in case of failure to submit it the auction will be canceled and the security deposit is confiscated.
Emirates auction does not bear the in the event that the shop’s activity is rejected by the provider, and the customer bears 30% cancellation fees.
Please note that the period in which the supplier's approval will be issued within 21 working days from the date of the Provider approval , and in the event that the bidder retracts from that auction, the penalty related to cancellation, which is estimated at 30% of the auction value, will be imposed.
Please note that the bidder does not comply with the terms and conditions and did not provide us with the commercial activity required in the trade license and submit it within 48 hours from the end of the auction, Emirates Auctions has the right to cancel the bid and forfeit the Deposit .
Emirates Auction is not responsible or liable for any delays or issues related to the handover.
