Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions
Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows:

| 1,500 AED | for sale price between 100,001 AED and 150,000 AED, |
| 1% | of sale price for 150,001 AED or above. |
The bidder shall pay Emirates Auctions the full value of the auctioned items within 72 hours of getting the municipality’s approval, in addition to AED50 in rental contract fees, and AED 2000 security deposit for ADDC, and AED3000 in rental contract guarantee that the municipality will refund once the rental period expires, according to the municipality's policies.
Emirates Auction accepts no responsibility if the shop activity is denied by the municipality. The customer shall thereby pay the cancellation fees equal to 30% of the auction value in the event that a different activity is submitted.
The Winning Bidder is obligated to complete the contract procedures on the Tam platform,and pay an amount of 50 AED as the lease contract fee, and the lease contract guarantee fee will be determined later by the municipality according to the leased asset, which are refundable at the end of contract
The winning bidder will pay the fees for extending and installing an independent meter for electricity and water if they are not available, with an obligation to obtain the necessary permits according to the procedures in force in the emirate.
Emirates Auction will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or problems with the handover.
The winning bidder should submit a valid copy of their trade license or initial trade name approval Issued by Abu Dhabi Economic Development within 2 working days after the auction ends.
The customer will be provided with the registration procedures after making payment within 10 working days.
The amount paid for awarding the auction is the rental value for one year only.
The winning bidder shall be notified of the auction’s outcome within 45 working days, and in the event the bidder declines to proceed with the bidding process during that period, a cancellation fine of 30% of the auction value will be imposed.
Please note that the lease contract will be issued in the name of the winning bidder exclusively and may not be waived to another person.
Please note that bidding on residential assets only requires sending an Emirates ID and the Bidder must be 21 years old, but in case of bidding on commercial activities, in this case it is required to submit a commercial license according to the above period
Emirates Auctions has the right to cancel the bid and forfeit the guarantee if the bidder fails to adhere to the terms and conditions and/or provide the commercial activity specified in the trade license and submit it within 48 hours of the auction's conclusion.
Participation in the bidding means certainty that excludes ignorance of the condition of the offered item, terms and conditions apply
