Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 1,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• 1. The buyer must complete the full payment within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of obtaining the supplier’s approval.
• 2. The delivery of the sold items shall be carried out in accordance with the terms, conditions, and decisions issued by the Rental Disputes Center – Dubai.
• 3. Interested parties wishing to inspect the items must contact Customer Service at 80032 to schedule an inspection appointment. The inspection must be arranged no later than three (3) days prior to the auction session. Any requests received after this period shall not be considered.
• 4. The information and descriptions provided in relation to the items are based on the contents of the attached report issued by the certified expert.
• 5. Emirates Auction reserves the right to impose a storage fee of AED 100 per day, without prior notice, for any item that is not collected within the specified period.
• 6. All images and item listings provided in the auction are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of the condition of the items.
• 7. The buyer shall be responsible for cleaning the premises after collecting the items from the supplier’s location.
• 8. Participation in the auction shall be deemed an acknowledgment by the buyer of full knowledge and acceptance of the condition of the items.
• 9. All inspection and delivery procedures shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental Disputes Center – Dubai.
• 10. All items are sold “as-is, where-is”, in their present condition and current location.
