Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, 650 AED for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, 800 AED for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 1,500 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 2,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• The approval or rejection of submitted bids, or any extension thereof, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts
• Payment must be completed within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of obtaining the provider’s approval
• The sold movables shall be delivered in accordance with the terms, conditions, and decisions of the Dubai Courts
• Interested parties wishing to conduct an inspection must contact Customer Service at 80032 to schedule an appointment to inspect the assets offered for sale, no later than three (3) days prior to the auction session. Requests received after this deadline will not be considered
• The details contained in the valuation report prepared by the appointed expert shall be relied upon
• Emirates Auction LLC reserves the right to impose storage fees of AED 100 per day, without prior notice, for any Lot not collected within the specified period
• The approval, rejection, or extension of the auction is subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts
• The images and lists attached to the auction are for illustrative purposes only
• The Buyer shall be responsible for cleaning the premises after taking delivery of the assets from the Provider’s location
• Bidding on the movables constitutes acknowledgment of full awareness and knowledge of their condition (“as is”)
• Inspection and delivery are subject to the terms and conditions of the Dubai Courts
• The Lot is sold strictly on an “as is, where is” basis, in its current condition and location
• The approval or rejection of a bid submitted by a bidder, or the extension of the auction period, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts
