Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions
Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows:

| 200 AED | for sale price up to 500 AED, |
| 300 AED | for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, |
| 600 AED | for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, |
| 1 percent | of sale price above AED 100,000. |
Participating in the auction means the absolute knowledge of the condition of the item and is considered as acknowledgment of its condition and terms.
Emirates Auction does not guarantee any of the declarations, specifications, information and/or particulars provided by the Provider.
The winning bidder must complete the payment and collect the lot within 48 hours from the end date of the provider’s approval
The bidder is responsible for checking all data, advertisement and information which are related of the bid before bidding.
Please note that the pictures and lists attached in the auction are indicative only, and visiting the site or store and the displayed materials is the basis for the sale, inspection, evaluation and delivery procedures. Inspection is valid only from the day of listing until the end date of the auction.

Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply storage fees of 100 AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any lot not received within 48 working hours from the notified collection date.
