- It is mandatory to inspect the materials before bidding, as any request for inspection or withdrawal from the bidding will not be considered after the end of the auction and the bid.

- In case that the bidder does not comply with the terms and conditions and/or the bidder withdraws from the bid, a fine related to cancellation will be imposed, estimated at 30% of the auction value

Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions
- Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, 650 AED for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, 800 AED for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 1,500 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 2,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
- You must complete payment and collection of the lot within 48 hours of the date of the auction’s conclusion, after acquiring the supplier’s approval.
- Emirates Auction reserves the right to charge AED 100 per day without notice in case of not paying or collecting the lot with in the specified period.
- Subject to the supplier’s approval.
- Images and lists attached to the auction are indicative tools only.
- The buyer is responsible to clean the place after collecting assets from the provider location.
- 5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.
