Scrap stuff

Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 1 percent of sale price above AED 100,000.
• You must complete payment and collection of the lot within 48 hours of the date of the auction’s conclusion, after acquiring the supplier’s approval
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to charge AED 100 per day without notice in case of not paying or collecting the lot with in the specified period
• The bidder winner has to collect the auction item from the providers premises
• Images and lists attached to the auction are indicative tools only, and visit the site store materials for sale basis in the process of inspection and evaluation and delivery procedures. Valid only from the day of listing until the auction end date
• The delivery of the sold items to the bidders shall begin within 48 hours after delivery of the payment to the Contracts and Procurement Department of maintenance and operation
• The electronic devices which are offered for sale are used devices that are sold on their condition, and neither Emirates Auction nor the party for which they are sold for its interest guarantees the condition of the devices and whether these devices are valid to be used or not, or if they are compatible with the specifications
• The winning buyer responsibility to clear the site after removing the purchased items
• The Timeframe from receipt of quote and the approval from the committee will take 45-60 working days
• 5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.
• Buyer should have a valid trade license. Individual customers are not allowed to participate in the auction for this particular lot.
