Mixed Scrap Materials

Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, 650 AED for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, 800 AED for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 1,500 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 2,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• You must complete the payment and collect of the Lot within 48 hours of the date of receiving the Provider’s approval.
• Winner has to collect the auction item from the providers premises.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply fees of 100AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any vehicle not paid or received within the specified period
• Please note that the possession of the vehicle will be completed after 30 business days from the date of payment
• Images and lists attached to the auction are indicative tools only, and visit the site store materials for sale basis in the process of inspection and evaluation and delivery procedures.
• 5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.
• Please note that in the event that the bidder does not comply with the terms and conditions and/or the bidder withdraws from the bid, a fine related to cancellation will be imposed, estimated at 30% of the auction price
• The buyer bears the costs of transferring possession to his name.
