Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, 650 AED for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, 800 AED for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 1,500 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 2,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• The bidder must submit a bank guarantee of 10% of the value of the offer after the auction ends and the supplier agrees to the RTA.
• You must complete payment of the Lot within 48 hours of the date of the auction’s conclusion, after acquiring the supplier’s approval.
• Winner has to collect the auction item from the providers premises.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply payment delay fees of 100 AED for each delay for any lot not paid within the specified period.
• Emirates Auction is not responsible whatsoever for the period of issuing ownership documents
• Subject to the supplier’s approval.
• Buyer has to remove the RTA Logo from assets if available.
• Images and lists attached to the auction are indicative tools only, and visit the site store materials for sale basis in the process of inspection and evaluation and delivery procedures. Valid only from the day of listing until the auction end date.
• Emirates Auction will notify the customer, Once the assets are ready for collection, The Collection of the sold items to the bidders shall be within 20 business days after the payment.
• 5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.
• AED 100 loading/unloading fees will be applied for each car.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply storage fees of 100 AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any lot not received within 48 working hours from the notified collection date.
• A knowledge and innovation fee of AED 20 will be applicable for each lot.
