Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions
Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows:

| 300 AED | for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, |
| 650 AED | for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, |
| 700 AED | for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, |
| 800 AED | for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, |
| 900 AED | for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, |
| 1,500 AED | for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, |
| 2,000 AED | for sale price 300,001 or above. |
Emirates Auction does not guarantee any of the declarations, specifications, information and/or particulars provided by the Provider, and the bidder is responsible for checking all data, advertisements and information related to the state of the items before bidding.
Subject to the provider’s approval of the sale or extension of the auction.
The winning bidder must complete payment within 48 hours from the Provider’s approval.
The buyer is responsible on his own cost to collect, dismantling and transfer the item from the Provider’s premises.
Images and lists attached to the auction are indicative tools only.
5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.
All lots shall be sold, as is, in its location.
Emirates Auction reserves the right to charge AED 100 per day without notice in case of not paying or collecting the item within the specified period.
