Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions
Administrative fees shall apply to each item as follows: 100 AED if the sale price of the item is less than 500 AED, 200 AED if the sale price of the item is between 500 AED to Less than 1000 AED, 300 AED if the sale price of the item is between 1000 AED to Less than 2000 AED or 500 AED if the sale price of the item 2000 AED or higher.
Please note that you must complete payment within 48 hours from the date of the Provider's approval
Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply fees of 200AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any lot not paid or received within the specified period
Please be informed that the inspection will be available on Monday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
All lots shall be sold, as is, in their location. Emirates Auction does not guarantee any of the declarations, specifications, information and/or particulars provided by the supplier. The bidder is responsible for checking all data, advertisements and information related to the state of the lot, before bidding .
Please note that approval to sell the lot is subject to the Provider's approval.
5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.
By participating in the bidding, you are deemed to have fully inspected the lot and to be aware of its condition, and your participation constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of all matters relating to the lot.
The electronic devices offered for sale are used and sold as is. Neither Emirates Auction nor the party on whose behalf the sale is conducted warrants the condition or usability of the devices, nor do they guarantee conformity with specifications.
Neither Emirates Auction nor the party on whose behalf the sale is conducted guarantees that the watches offered for sale conform to specifications, nor do they warrant whether they are genuine or counterfeit.
Please note that if a bidder purchases counterfeit lots through the auction, such lots must not be circulated within the UAE and may only be disposed of outside the UAE.
The Buyer must proceed to the designated location to collect the lot awarded to them within three (3) business days of the auction. If collection is not made within that period, the Lot will be transferred to Emirates Auction and the Buyer shall bear the transportation charges in addition to any penalties accrued for non-collection for a further maximum of seven (7) days. If the Buyer still fails to collect within that extended period, the lot may be sold at the Buyer’s cost to cover all fees and expenses, including transportation charges and late-collection penalties.
