Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions
Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows:

| 200 AED | for sale price up to 500 AED, |
| 300 AED | for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, |
| 600 AED | for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, |
| 1 percent | of sale price above AED 100,000. |
All items are sold “as is, where is,” and Emirates Auction makes no warranties or representations of any kind regarding any statements, specifications, information, or details provided by the Provider.
The Bidder is solely responsible for reviewing all data, notices, and information relating to the condition of the item prior to placing any bid.
Payment must be completed within (48) hours from the date of obtaining the Provider’s approval.
Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply a late-payment fee of AED 100 for each day of delay, without prior notice, for any movable asset for which payment is not made within the specified period.
The collection date for the items shall be scheduled by sending an email to the Buyer.
Daily penalties shall apply in the event of failure to attend the scheduled collection appointment for the items (penalties to be assessed on a case-by-case basis).
The sale is subject to the Provider’s approval.
The items are sold in accordance with the attached report, and the photos and lists are for illustrative purposes only.
The Buyer shall be solely responsible for cleaning the site after collecting the items from the Provider’s location.
VAT at (5%) shall be applied to the final auction price.
