Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions
Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows:

| 650 AED | for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, |

| 800 AED | for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, |
| 900 AED | for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, |
| 1,500 AED | for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, |
| 2,000 AED | for sale price 300,001 or above. |
All lots shall be sold, as is, in their location. Emirates Auction does not guarantee any of the declarations, specifications, information and/or particulars provided by the supplier. The bidder is responsible for checking all data, advertisements and information related to the state of the lot, before bidding .
You must complete payment within 48 hours of the date of the provider's approval.
Customer has to collect the assets within 2 working days from the date of payment.
Subject to the supplier’s approval.
The buyer must pay within two days, and in case he does not do so, the insurance amount will be deducted by 20% and a daily fine of 500 dirhams will be charged for another 5 days.
The buyer shall collect the assets within two days after approval, otherwise a daily fine of 500 dirhams per day will be applicable for a further 5 days, in case the selling price is not less than 5,000 dirhams, and if the selling price is less than 5,000 dirhams, the daily fine will be applied 5 % per day for 5 days. The seller has the right to reauction the assets and resell them under the name of the buyer in accordance with these terms, conditions and procedures of the sale . Fines will be deducted from the value of the sale.
