Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions
Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows:

| 650 AED | for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, |
| 700 AED | for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, |
| 800 AED | for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, |
| 900 AED | for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, |
| 1,500 AED | for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, |
| 2,000 AED | for sale price 300,001 or above. |
1. All Lots are sold on an "as is, where is" basis. Emirates Auction makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition of any Lot or the accuracy of the information provided by the Provider. The Bidder is solely responsible for inspecting the Lot and reviewing all relevant information before bidding.
2. The Buyer shall complete full payment within 48 hours from the date of obtaining the Supplier's approval. Failure to complete payment within the specified period shall entitle Emirates Auction to take the necessary legal action.
3. Emirates Auction reserves the right to impose storage and late payment fees of AED 100 per day, without prior notice, for any Lot that is not paid for or collected within the specified period.
4. All sales are subject to the Provider's approval.
5. A fee of 3% of the sale value, subject to a maximum of AED 15,000, shall apply in favor of the Government of Sharjah.
6. The Lot is sold strictly in accordance with the description set out in the attached report.
7. The Assets shall be delivered by the Court Enforcement Officer on an "as is" basis. Additional delivery fees shall apply if collection does not take place on the scheduled date.
