Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions
Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows:

| 200 AED | for sale price up to 500 AED, |
| 300 AED | for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, |
| 650 AED | for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, |
| 700 AED | for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, |
| 800 AED | for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, |
| 900 AED | for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, |
| 1,500 AED | for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, |
| 2,000 AED | for sale price 300,001 or above. |
All lots shall be sold, as is, in their location.
You must complete payment within 48 hours from the date of Provider's approval. Collection shall be finalized within approximately 15 work days of payment date .
Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply storage fees of 100AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any lot not received within the specified period.
The auction approval fees shall be applied at a rate of 5%.
