Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions
Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows:

| 800 AED | for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, |
| 900 AED | for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, |
| 1,500 AED | for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, |
| 2,000 AED | for sale price 300,001 or above. |
The lot shall be sold on an "as is, where is" basis.
The sale shall be subject to the Provider's approval.
The winning bidder shall complete full payment and collect the lot within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of the Provider's approval.
Emirates Auction reserves the right to impose a delay fee of AED 100, without prior notice, on any lot that has not been fully paid for or collected within the specified period.
Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 5% shall be applied to the final auction sale price.
If the winning bidder fails to collect the lot within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of the Provider's approval, Emirates Auction reserves the right to re-offer the lot for sale by auction on behalf of and at the expense of the winning bidder. The winning bidder shall be liable for any shortfall between the original auction sale price and the resale price, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Emirates Auction.
