Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, 650 AED for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, 800 AED for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 1,500 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 2,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• You shall complete payment within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of obtaining the Provider’s approval. The vehicle documentation shall be finalized within approximately (15) Business Days following completion of the payment.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply storage fees and late-payment charges of AED 100 each, per day of delay, without prior notice, for any vehicle that is not collected and paid for within the specified period.
• Emirates Auction bears no responsibility whatsoever for the period required to issue the possession/ownership release.
• No modification, repair, or use of the vehicle shall be permitted until possession/ownership release has been received.
• Subject to the Provider’s approval.
• The Buyer shall bear the fees for transferring the possession/ownership release.
• The plate number shown in the image is not part of the auction and is provided for bidder reference only.
• A fee at the rate of (0.8%) of the auction value shall apply, to which Value Added Tax at (5%) calculated on the fee shall be added, provided that the aggregate of the fee plus VAT shall not exceed AED (AED 1,050). This fee is non-refundable in the event the sale is cancelled for any reason.
• The vehicle is sold “as is, where is” at its current location.
• A loading fee of AED 100 shall be applied per vehicle.
• The Successful Bidder shall attend to sign the minutes of the auction and sale procedures on the day the auction ends or, at the latest, on the next Business Day, at any branch of Emirates Auction, in accordance with the requirements or instructions of the competent authorities. Failure to sign without a legitimate excuse shall constitute a breach of the Auction Terms and Conditions.
• The Winning Bidder, or a duly authorized representative, shall collect the original Letter for Transfer of the Vehicle Possession Certificate directly from the Ras Al Khaimah Court upon receipt of an official notice from Emirates Auction confirming the letter is ready for collection.
