Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, 650 AED for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, 800 AED for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 1,500 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 2,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• Provider approval is required
• Payment and collection shall be completed within 48 hours from receiving the approval.
• There is a payment delay charge of AED 100 + VAT per day after the specified time and a storage charge of AED 100 + VAT per day for the storage charge.
• Sold As is Where is.
• Buyer has to pay all expenses related to documents transfer to his name.
• AED 100 loading/unloading fees will be applied for each car.
• Documents will be ready within 20 working days after getting the provider approval & payment.
• Possession certificate is issued in Abu Dhabi.
• All lots shall be sold, as is, in their location. Emirates Auction does not guarantee any of the declarations, specifications, information and/or particulars provided by the supplier including mileage. The bidder is responsible for checking all data, advertisements and information related to the state of the lot, before bidding.
