Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, 650 AED for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, 800 AED for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 1,500 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 2,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• All lots shall be sold, as is, in their location. Emirates Auction does not guarantee any of the declarations, specifications, information and/or particulars provided by the supplier. The bidder is responsible for checking all data, advertisements and information related to the state of the lot, before bidding .
• Customer must complete the payment process within 48 hours from the date of obtaining the supplier’s approval, and the customer will be contacted to determine the delivery date
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply fees of 100AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any vehicle not paid or received within the specified period
• Subject to the supplier’s approval.
• Loading fees apply in case of a vehicle, at 100 dirhams per vehicle.
• The supply is being sold as described in the attached report.
• The documents will be delivered within approximately 90 working days from completion of payment and collection.
