Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, 650 AED for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, 800 AED for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 1,500 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 2,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• Conditional on provider's approval
• Vehicle and documents will be delivered within 90 days of payment date.
• You must complete payment of the Lot within 48 hours of the date of the provider's approval.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply fees of 100 AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any vehicle not paid within the specified period
• The vehicle will be delivered by the company recovery only according to the set prices.
