Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 1,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• 1. The vehicle shall be sold on an “as is, where is” basis, in its existing condition at the time of sale.
• 2. The sale shall be subject to the Supplier’s final approval.
• 3. The Buyer must complete full payment and collect the vehicle within 48 hours from the date of the Provider’s Approval.
• 4. Emirates Auction reserves the right to impose a delay fee of AED 100 for each day of delay, without prior notice, for any vehicle not fully paid for or collected within the specified period.
• 5. The vehicle documents are expected to be delivered within approximately 30 working days from the date of completion of full payment and collection of the vehicle.
• 6. VAT at the applicable rate of 5% shall be added to the final auction price.
• 7. Neither Emirates Auction nor Fujairah Police provides any representation or guarantee that the vehicle can be registered with the competent authorities.
• 8. A loading/unloading fee of AED 100 shall be charged for each vehicle.
• 9. The Buyer shall pay a fee of AED 200 for the issuance of the possession certificate.
• 10. Emirates Auction shall not be liable for any delay in the issuance or delivery of the vehicle ownership documents where such delay is attributable to the competent authorities or any third party.
