Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 1,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• AED 200 where the sale price does not exceed AED 500; AED 300 where the sale price is between AED 501 and AED 1,000; AED 600 where the sale price is between AED 1,001 and AED 100,000; AED 700 where the sale price is between AED 100,001 and AED 200,000; AED 900 where the sale price is between AED 200,001 and AED 300,000; and AED 1,000 where the sale price is AED 300,001 or more.
• Emirates Auction gives no warranties or representations of any kind regarding any statements, specifications, information, or details provided by the Provider. The Bidder is solely responsible for reviewing all data and information relating to the condition of the vehicle prior to bidding.
• Sold in its current condition at its current location.
• Images and lists attached to the auction are for illustrative purposes only.
• Payment must be completed within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of the Provider’s approval.
• Please note that vehicle collection shall be from the Emirate of Ajman and must occur no later than fifteen (15) days from the date the Municipality issues the collection permit; if collection is not made within the specified period, a late collection fee shall be applied by the Municipality.
• The Buyer will be notified of the collection appointment after coordination with the Provider.
• The vehicle will be transported by Emirates Auction’s Recovery.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to impose storage and late-payment fees of AED 100 each per day of delay, without prior notice, for any vehicle that is not collected and paid for within the specified period.
• If the Buyer does not collect the vehicle within the specified period, Ajman Municipality may seize the vehicle.
• Loading fee will be AED 100 per vehicle.
• No liability for the period of issuing the Certificate of Possession is assumed by Emirates Auction.
• Documents will be delivered within approximately fifteen (15) Business Days after payment is completed.
• VAT at 5% shall be applied to the final auction price.
