Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, 650 AED for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, 800 AED for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 1,500 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 2,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• You must complete payment of the Lot within 48 hours from the time of the auction’s conclusion, after the supplier’s approval.
• Please note that approval of the sale of the bid is subject to supplier approval.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply collection delay charges AED 300 for each day of delay without notices for a period of 7 days. In case of non-receipt, Emirates Auction reserves the right to auction the item again for the public auction and sell it in the name of the buyer and pay the difference in the two prices, if any
• 5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.

• Please note the provider's approval will be provided within 5 working days.
• A date will be determined after the payment completion for collecting the items and the buyer will be informed.
• Please note that the Buyer is responsible for collecting all the items and has to clean the site after clearing all the items as per the provider instructions.
• The successful bidder shall collect the awarded materials/items within thirty (30) days from the date of the Provider’s approval. In the event of delay, a penalty of (1%) of the total sale value shall apply for each day of delay, up to a maximum of (60%) of the sale value. Such penalty shall be paid in cash by the successful bidder as a condition precedent to the release and collection of the materials/items
