Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, 650 AED for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, 800 AED for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 1,500 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 2,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• All lots Sold as is where is , without registration documents.
• Payment and car collecting must be completed within 48 hours after Provider's Approval.
• 5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.
• AED 100 loading/unloading fees will be applied for each car.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply fees of 100AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any sold asset not paid or received within the specified period
• Please note that the provider’s approval period is within 7 business days
