Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 1 percent of sale price above AED 100,000.
• 1. The buyer shall pay the full vehicle price within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of the supplier’s approval of the auction result.
• 2. The vehicle procedures and documentation are expected to be completed within approximately thirty (30) working days from the date of full payment, subject to the procedures and requirements of the relevant authorities.
• 3. Emirates Auction reserves the right to charge a late payment fee of AED 100 for each day of delay beyond the payment deadline and a storage fee of AED 100 for each day of delay in collecting the vehicle beyond the specified collection period, without prior notice. Both fees may apply concurrently where the conditions for each fee are met.
• 4. The timeframe for issuing the Possession Certificate is subject to the procedures and requirements of the relevant authorities. Emirates Auction shall not be liable for any delay arising from such procedures or requirements.
• 5. The vehicle is sold on an “as is, where is” basis. The bidder shall inspect the vehicle and verify its condition before participating in the auction. Emirates Auction shall not be liable for the vehicle’s condition or any defects it may have.
• 6. The buyer shall pay a loading fee of AED 100 per vehicle.
• 7. The vehicle offered for sale has been written off by the insurance company, and Emirates Auction does not guarantee that it can be registered. The buyer shall be solely responsible for verifying whether ownership can be transferred and the vehicle can be registered, and for fulfilling all procedures and requirements of the Roads and Transport Authority or the relevant Traffic and Licensing Authority, at the buyer’s own expense.
• 8. Value Added Tax (VAT) at a rate of 5% shall be added to the final auction price.
• 9. The buyer shall bear all government fees, fees for issuing the Possession Certificate and vehicle documents, and any other vehicle-related fees. If an export inspection is required to issue the vehicle ownership document, the buyer shall arrange the inspection, fulfill all its requirements, and pay all associated fees and costs.
• 10. The buyer shall not carry out any modifications or repairs to the vehicle before receiving the relevant vehicle documents.
