Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, 650 AED for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, 800 AED for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 1,500 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 2,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• 1. A fee of three percent (3%), capped at AED fifteen thousand (AED 15,000), shall apply and be payable to the Government of Sharjah.
• 2. Emirates Auction shall not be responsible for the time required to issue the possession/ownership release.
• 3. The Buyer shall complete full payment within 48 hours from the date of obtaining the Supplier's approval. Failure to complete payment within the specified period shall entitle Emirates Auction to take the necessary legal action.
• 4. The vehicle is sold on an "as is, where is" basis.
• 5. Inspection shall take place at the location indicated on the map.
• 6. Documentation shall be finalized within ninety (90) Business Days from the date of payment.
• 7. A loading fee of AED 100 shall apply per vehicle.
• 8. Emirates Auction reserves the right to impose storage and late payment fees of AED 100 each per day of delay, without prior notice, for any vehicle that is not paid for or collected within the specified period.
• 9. The Buyer shall not carry out any modification, repair, or use of the vehicle until the possession/ownership release has been issued.
