Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 1 percent of sale price above AED 100,000.
• All lots shall be sold, as is, in their location.
• Emirates Auction does not guarantee any of the declarations, specifications, information and/or particulars provided by the Provider.
• The bidder is responsible for checking all data, advertisement and information which are related of the bid before bidding.
• Participating in the auction means the absolute knowledge of the condition of the item and is considered as acknowledgment of its condition and terms.
• Please note that the sale process is subject to the provider’s approval
• The winning bidder must complete the payment within 48 hours from the end date of the provider’s approval. Emirates Auction reserves the right to impose a fee of 100 UAE dirhams per day without notice in the event of failure to pay or collect the offered item within the specified period.
• For Surplus, the delivery of the sold items to the bidders shall begin within 15 business days after the payment.
• For Vehicles, the documents will be ready within 20 Business days after the payment,
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply storage fees of 100 AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any lot not received within 48 working hours from the notified collection date.
• The buyer must collect the auction items from the provider's premises.
• Please note that the sale will be on “as is where is basis” and that the “site must be left completely clean and all debris and waste material disposed of from the site.
• 5% VAT will be applied to the final auction price.
