Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows:

350 AED	for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED,
700 AED	for sale price between1 ,001 AED and 5,000 AED,
750 AED	for sale price between 5,001 AED and 10,000 AED,
900 AED	for sale price between 10,001 AED and 20,000 AED,
1,050 AED	for sale price between 20,001 AED and 40,000 AED,
1,300 AED	for sale price between 40,001 AED and 60,000 AED,
1,450 AED	for sale price between 60,001 AED and 100,000 AED,
1,500 AED	for sale price between 100,001 AED and 150,000 AED,
1%	of sale price for 150,001 AED or above.

The documents will be delivered within approximately 21 working days from completion of payment and collection.
Emirates Auction is not responsible for delays in the issuance of the lot ownership documents.

You must complete payment and collection of the Lot within 48 hours From the date of the auction’s conclusion.

Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply fees of 100AED for each delay, for each of them, without prior notice, for any vehicle not paid or received within the specified period
AED 100 loading/unloading fees will be applied for each car.
