Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 1 percent of sale price above AED 100,000.
• Payment must be completed within 48 hours from the date of the Provider's approval
• The lot is scrap and cannot be transferred in ownership or have any outstanding fines merged.
• The lot will be delivered within approximately 25 working days from the payment date and must be collected from the Provider’s location
• Subject to the Provider’s approval
• Lots will be sold in their current locations, and Emirates Auction makes no representations or warranties regarding any statements, specifications, or information provided by the supplier, including odometer readings
• 5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.
• AED 100 loading/unloading fees will be applied for each Lot.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply storage and late payment fees of AED 100 per day each, without prior notice, for any lot not collected and paid for within the specified period.
• Emirates Auction shall not be held responsible for the duration of the approval process.
• The bidder is solely responsible for reviewing all information and the lot’s condition before bidding.
