Payment must be completed within 48 hours from the date of Provider approval

Documents will be Released within approximately 30 working days from the date of payment completion.

The lot will be released only after the documents are finalized.

Winner has to collect the auction item from the providers premises

Subject to the Provider’s approval

The buyer shall bear a fee of AED 300 for the issuance of the possession certificate.

Lots will be sold in their current condition and location. Emirates Auction makes no representations or warranties regarding any statements, specifications, or information provided by the supplier, including mileage.

5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.

The bidder is solely responsible for verifying all information and the lot’s condition before bidding.

A loading fee of AED 100 per vehicle shall apply.

Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply storage and late payment fees of AED 100 per day each, without prior notice, for any vehicle not paid for and collected within the specified period.

Emirates Auction shall not be held responsible for the duration of the approval process.

The buyer is strictly prohibited from making any modifications, repairs, or use of the vehicle until official possession has been received.

The successful bidder must collect the lot from the Provider’s designated location.
