Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions
Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows:

You must complete the payment within 48 hours from the date of the provider’s approval. Documents of the vehicle shall be finalized within approximately 20 working days of completing the payment process.
Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply fees of 100AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any vehicle not paid or received within the specified period
Emirates Auction is not responsible whatsoever for the period of issuing ownership documents.
To be sold as is where is, Emirates Auction has no responsibility and you must inspect the vehicle before bid.
AED 100 loading/unloading fees will be applied for each vehicle.
Emirates Auction shall not guarantee the registration of the vehicle.
The lot is a salvage vehicle, and the buyer only is responsible for transferring ownership and registering the vehicle after completing the necessary procedures with the Roads and Transport Authority or the relevant traffic department in other Emirates.
5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.
The buyer is responsible for the possession issuance fees. If an export examination is required for issuing possession, the buyer must conduct the examination.
If the buyer wishes to transfer the vehicle to their name, a passing registration test from RTA Dubai must be provided.
The buyer shall be responsible for transferring the vehicle ownership into their name at their own expense
