Is opening an account in Emirates Auction free of charge?

I did not receive my activation code. What should I do?

If you registered your mobile number correctly and did not receive the activation code, kindly send an email to [email protected].

Which nationalities are eligible to participate in the auction?

All nationalities can register and bid on any lot. However, some lots will have certain restrictions, and it will be specified on the display's page.

I forgot my username or password. What should I do?

Click on forgot password and you will receive an Email to have your new password

What should I do if I cannot log in?

Send your complaint to [email protected] and make sure to communicate from your registered Email.


Can I delete my registered account?

Yes. Go to Profile → Account Management → Delete Account, then confirm the deletion.
If you face any problem while following these steps, please create a support ticket via Support → Create Ticket, and our team will assist you.
 

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Click on "Forgot Password," then enter your registered email address and username. You will receive a message on your registered phone number and email. If you did not receive the email or message, please send us an email at [email protected].

Can I create more than one account?

No. Users must not create more than one account. Emirates Auction will delete a duplicate account and reserves the right to delete the original account if fraudulent use is suspected.

How can I edit my account information and profile?

By clicking on my profile you can change any of your personal info.

I didn't receive the activation email. What should I do?

First Check your inbox and junk/spam emails. If you haven't received anything, please email [email protected], mentioning your username and registered mobile number so we can send you the activation link.
