How can I participate in an online auction?
It is simple.Once you have REGISTERED (and have paid refundable security deposit), just find the plate you are interested in. To place your bid,click the BID NOW button next to the license plate you would like. Enter your bid, and clicks CONTINUE. You will be shown your bid and asked to confirm it by entering your password. Once this is accepted your bid is now registered for that number plate. At the end of the auction for that particular number plate, if you have the highest bid, you will be declared the winner and owner of the number plate.
What is the value of the insurance amount in the online auction?
-If you want to put a credit insurance, you should know that it covers 20% of the auction amount you want to participate,Example (if you put 3000 AED you can bid to 15000). - In case you wish to put insurance by check you should know that the check is in the name of the Emirates auction and without a date and covers the amount of the bid 100%, Example (in you put amount 50,000 you can bid to 50,000).
What do I do if my bid exceeds my deposit?
In this case, you will not be able to complete the bid and you must raise the amount of insurance.
Which nationalities can bid in the auction?
All nationalities are permitted to bid.
when the auction time can be extended?
Any bid on any plate in the last 5 minutes of the plate ending time will increase the time of the plate with 5 minutes every time.
Can I register the number plates in different names?
Yes after the auction you can change the names for each plates through your account.

What’s the maximum period to pay for the VIP plate number after the auction?
Payment must be done within 3 working days after the auction ends, otherwise AED 100 will be applied for each day plus VAT . In case of no payment your security deposit will be confiscated and legal action will be taken.

You can get the number by going to the Emirates Auction Office Sharjah Branch at Traffic Department in Ramtha area Or request to delivery by Empost, just sending an email to [email protected] , and mention Which Emirates and Address and Plate number, or through updating the required information on your account at Emirates Auction.

You can redeem from (Emirates auction Application) , by request redeem deposit ,Then check with your card bank if you have been blocked for more than 21 days.

No, because the application asks you to confirm that you have done it more than twice, to avoid such mistake.
