Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 1,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• Emirates Auction does not guarantee any of the declarations, specifications, information and/or particulars provided by the supplier including mileage. The bidder only is responsible for checking all data, advertisements and information related to the state of the lot, before bidding
• Subject to the provider’s approval
• The winning bidder must complete payment and collection of the Lot within 48 hours from the date of the Provider's approval
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to charge fees of 100 AED for any delay, without prior notice, for any vehicle not paid or received within the specified deadline
• The documents will be delivered within approximately 21 working days from completion of payment and collection
• 5% VAT will be applied to the final auction price
• Please note that Emirates auction does not guarantee the registration of the vehicle
• AED 100 loading/unloading fees will be applied for each vehicle
• Emirates Auction is not responsible for delays in the issuance of the lot ownership documents
• Possession certificate will be issued from Abu Dhabi
• The Buyer will bear AED 200 for the issuance of the possession
