Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 1,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• The vehicle is sold as is, where is and at its current location. The bidder is solely responsible for reviewing all data, announcements, and information regarding the vehicle’s condition prior to bidding.
• By participating in the auction, you are deemed to have fully inspected the vehicle and to have waived any ignorance; your participation constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of all matters relating to the listed vehicle.
• Please note that the sale is subject to the provider’s approval.
• The highest bidder shall complete payment within 48 hours from the date of the Provider’s approval.
• Title/registration documents will be delivered within approximately 30 Business Days from the date of payment.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right, without prior notice, to apply a fee of AED 100 per day for any vehicle that is not paid for and/or not collected within the specified period.
• The successful bidder shall bear the vehicle deregistration fees and the possession certificate issuance fees.
• VAT at 5% will be applied to the final auction price.
• Loading fee AED 100 per vehicle.
