Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 5,000 AED, 650 AED for sale price between 5,001 AED and 50,000 AED, 700 AED for sale price between 50,001 AED and 75,000 AED, 800 AED for sale price between 75,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 900 AED for sale price between 100,001 AED and 200,000 AED, 1,500 AED for sale price between 200,001 AED and 300,000 AED, 2,000 AED for sale price 300,001 or above.
• The approval or rejection of submitted bids, or any extension thereof, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts
• Payment must be completed within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of obtaining the provider’s approval
• Vehicle documentation shall be completed within approximately fifteen (15) business days from the date of payment
• Emirates Auction shall bear no responsibility for the period required to issue the possession certificate
• Emirates Auction shall bear no responsibility for any obstacles preventing the registration or export of the vehicle
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to impose storage fees of AED 100 per day, without prior notice, for any Lot not collected within the specified period
• The Buyer shall not carry out any modification, repair, or use of the vehicle until possession has been formally transferred
• Loading fees of AED 100 shall apply per vehicle
• The attached images and specifications are provided for illustration purposes only
• Bidding on the vehicle constitutes acknowledgment of full awareness and knowledge of its condition
• The vehicle is sold on an “as is, where is” basis
• The Buyer shall bear the fees for the possession certificate, if applicable
• The plate number appearing in the image is not part of the auction and is shown for bidder reference only
• The approval or rejection of any bid submitted by a Bidder, as well as any extension of the Auction period, shall be subject to the Dubai Courts, provided that any extension of the Auction shall be in favour of the highest Bidder.
