Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 1 percent of sale price above AED 100,000.
• You must complete payment within (48) hours from the date of the Provider’s approval, and the vehicle documents will be finalized within approximately (30) Business Days from the date full payment is completed.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to impose storage and late-payment fees of AED (AED 100) each per day of delay, without prior notice, for any vehicle that is not collected and paid for within the specified period.
• Emirates Auction assumes no responsibility for the time required to issue the Certificate of Possession.
• The vehicle is sold “as is, where is” at its location, and Emirates Auction assumes no liability. You are required to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding.
• AED 100 loading/unloading fees will be applied for each vehicle.
• Emirates Auction makes no warranty as to whether the vehicle can be registered or not.
• The Lot consists of a repaired/structurally reinforced (accident-repaired) vehicle. The Buyer shall be responsible for transferring title and registering the vehicle after complying with the procedures of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) or the relevant Traffic & Licensing Department.
• 5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.
• The Buyer is responsible for the title (ownership) issuance fees. If an export inspection is required to issue title, the Buyer shall arrange and undergo such inspection.
• Please note that a fixed fee of AED 500 shall apply for processing the vehicle documents and shall be collected from the Successful Bidder. Please also note that this fee does not include the Certificate of Possession issuance fees, which shall remain entirely and payable by the Successful Bidder.
