Emirates Auction's terms and conditions of public auction shall apply, along with the following terms and conditions

• Administrative fee plus VAT shall apply to each item as follows: 200 AED for sale price up to 500 AED, 300 AED for sale price between 501 AED and 1,000 AED, 600 AED for sale price between 1,001 AED and 100,000 AED, 1 percent of sale price above AED 100,000.
• You must complete payment of the vehicle within 48 hours of the date of the auction’s conclusion, after acquiring the supplier’s approval.
• Winner has to collect the auction item from the providers premises.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply payment delay fees of 100 AED for each delay for any lot not paid within the specified period.
• Subject to the supplier’s approval
• 5% VAT will be applied to final auction price.
• Images and lists attached to the auction are indicative tools only, and visit the site store materials for sale basis in the process of inspection and evaluation and delivery procedures.
• Lot can be collected only when the documents are ready.
• The buyer will pay 200 AED for Hyaza fees and also AED 120 for export test if required.
• Emirates Auction reserves the right to apply storage fees of 100 AED for each delay, without prior notice, for any lot not received within 48 working hours from the notified collection date.
• Emirates Auction will notify the customer, Once the assets are ready for collection, The Collection of the sold items to the bidders shall be within 20 business days after the payment.
• The buyer must adhere to the provider's collection procedures and schedule.
• The document of the vehicle shall be finalized within approximately 25 work days of completing the payment process.
